★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only get my baking stuff from them and I stay in Subang ! Super friendly and helpful even when they are really busy. They will drop what they are doing and help you search for the items you are asking for. Never rude or scold you like the shop up the road.. Sorry had to mention it. Kudos to the management for great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a packet of chocolate a week ago however the type was not suitable for making cookies, so I took it back to change for a correct type. The cashier (Indian lady) and a Malay staff there insisted that I cannot change citing that food products are not changeable.
I want highlight that it’s a packet of Callebaut chocolate which costs RM126 and not a packet of flour that I am asking to change. Hence, I believe that desecretion could be exercise to keep your loyal customer and not to upset them.

When I want to buy 1 carton of lotus paste , they checked the stock n said their stock is not complete ... one pkt less
Yet they cant give me the 1 carton price less 1 n say their system does not allow it . SO I request that in future if any customer need to buy, they shd have special rates or their system can give the promo price
Like can set system @ if customer buy 1 or 10 or 1 carton price
The workers too not v helpful if the shop is crowded ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today morning went to the store to get some baking items. One elderly staff was coughing with mask on the chin but not covering nose and mouth. In presence of the customers. Other staff members not bothered about her. It is dangerous for other customers. Not sure if the elderly staff is sick because of covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember when the 1st time I went to the store it was long time ago shop not many people dark but it's very cheap compare to bake with yen and you can get everything there.
But now my god it's totally changed, renovated, very spacious counter staffs are very friendly, can find everything over there price is slightly high but you can find everything from baking tools to ingredients, cardboard sizes to the customers needs. What can't be found in this store can be found in bake with yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Chang Thung management, pls teach ur cashier to practice hygiene. Today, when i was abt to make payment at the counter(no customer at that time), as one of ur cashier was sitting behind the counter so frm a near distance i could see her scratching her feet( i thought at least she will wash her hand aft that) but NO, when I placed the items on the table, she immediately wanted to get it, I stopped her n asked didn't u just scratched ur feet? Then only she turned ard n used the sanitizer to clean her hand. That is just disgusting.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the earliest cake baking shops in Selangor if nor the country. Prices are a little bit higher than the newer startups but the service and ingredient quality is better and they have an in-house brand called Redman.
