★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nasi goreng kampung here tasted really strange. The waitress wasn't even willing to hand me a serviette and made a motion for me to get it myself. Bad service and bad food, do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bad experienced. My lunch break is only 1 hour and they bring the chicken Maryland after 40 minutes later. And after 10 minutes later, served another Chicken Maryland for my friend. Will never go back there.
I'm sad that it was not up to my expectation. The chicken was just a fried chicken not as what the menu says, "Maryland".
This is not to condemned but please take it as a positive note to upgrade what is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drinks here and food here are a little on the high end. However, I like the ambience here. It is a good place to have a chat with your friends or colleagues. If you are looking for a quiet spot to chit chat or have your business discussed, consider going to the upper level. Just a reminder though, the upper section may not be opened all the time especially during of peak hours. So, check with the staff first before you proceed going up. Though its called Charlotte Coffee, they sell more than just coffees. There's tea and fruit juice too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst lunch experience I had. They served stale nasi goreng kampung (over night rice that is already stink), complaint and replaced with their 'best seller' Maryland chicken. That replacement too had bad after taste! chicken wasn't cooked well with traces of dark spots!
The person on duty is either lost or just plain idiot, didn't bother to take my complaints seriously. Same goes to that lady at the counter, had the guts to tell its the BEST SELLING MARYLAND CHICKEN!
