★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not well trained. They seemed reluctant to serve. I stood in front of the cashier counter for quite awhile and the staffs can just continue giggling away whilst washing stuffs at the back, some of them passing by the cashier counter and saw me yet continue to ignore my presence. Not even a slight acknowledgment from the staffs. Was quite dumbfounded with such poor service. I went there on a Friday around 7pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service and staff are poorly trained. They would just ask what you want to order and the rest are "auto default". They don't even ask customers on the sugar level and ice amount like every other brand or outlets. First time when i ordered taiwan plum ice tea the staff "auto assume" you want tge bigger size instead of small size. 2nd time i bought milk tea again they "auto assume" you want full sugar full ice and they dont even bother to ask. When i say i want less sugar and ice the staff told me the drink has been prepared and never offer to change to my preferred level of ice and sugar. Is this how chatime train their staff nowadays?! All other brands like tealive, koi, gongcha and even juice works will make sure staff ask what the customers when taking an order. This is the first time I encounter such unpleasant experience for this kind of store chain drink outlet. I have switch from tealive to chatime to support the "original" bubble tea, but after these incidents i will not buy from chatime again, and to be frank, the taste is no longer the same like old chatime(now tealive).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Either the blender is faulty, or the staff doesn't know how to blend ice. I ordered a smoothie but got a coarsie at the time when there wasn't even other customer.
