★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this San Francisco coffee at suria KLCC yesterday 24.12.21. I bought hot Latte Coffee and Chocolate around 9.40pm. There is one cashier girl served my wife with rude word and high voice.. "cepat sikit nk order Kita Dah nk tutup... Nk cepat " very rude no p.r. hopefully San F. Suria Klcc management monitor their staff how to talk politely with customers. We pay for the coffee not free. For the coffee very good..i like it. But for service NO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee is really strong, which means its really good. It is also piping hot when I ordered coffee of the day with milk.
The customer service was abit rude and giving the laid back attitude. Unusual for this franchise as others gives a normal service.
Overall, good coffee, good seating, bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite coffee "shop", the coffee, club sandwich and pastries are awesome in my opinion. The restaurant is clean, staff are very friendly and fast service. An awesome place to hangout if you are in KLCC. They have relocated to the shop across the old shop on the same floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best croissant with ham egg and cheese breakfast set comes with americano. always a great place for a breakfast with friends. fast service and sometimes friendly staffs. the staffs here before covid were friendlier but only saw some new faces that i am not familiar with. hope the chemistry between staffs will work fine and like what it was before covid. great job guys
