β β β β β Good place to hang out and get good Malaysian fusion Japanese croissant. Not too crowded and ample space for seating. Funky furniture but i found it quite uncomfortable. Warm service from the counter staff.

β β β β β Food is great. Great ambient. However, the elder Chinese lady is quiet unfriendly. When asked further about their product such as what does the cheese in the drink means? She gave a dissatisfied face and gesture as well as sighed, then only explained it with anger voice.
Recommended food, but donβt expect much from their customer service experience here at Melawati outlet. 2 out of 5 rating.

β β β β β Went there twice. Tried their croissants, Japanese cheese, cheddar, lotus biscoff and hazelnut chocolate. I'd recommend Japanese cheese and cheddar croissants for first timer! Both are their signature. Met the owner once, very humble and friendly lady. Their staffs also friendly.

β β β β β In general nice place to hang out and have a snack with friends. Ambient is pretty cosy, and service is pretty nice. Food wise, taste is okay but wrapping doesn't help for convenience eating. Price is on the higher side as compared to the portion of the food.

β β β β β The interior and the ambience βββββ had a great time with my mom , the staffs were also friendly and helpful <333 the desserts range from crepe cakes (& cakes) , pavlovas , croissants and also their infamous cheese drinks ?? my fav rn is their pavlova and ill be buying more from now ok sedap tak tipu !! Worth the price youre paying for and a good place to chill <33

β β β β β The managers and staffs are friendly, they explained about every menu that they are serving. The food is good and the price are reasonable with the portion. The store is very spacious, clean, and instagram worthy. Definitely worth it and will come again. Really recommended ?

The chocolate croissant was good but was tough and wasnβt flaky and crisp.
The server had no customer service or welcoming present. As it is our first time, they could atleast suggest us which is nice or popular.
Price is on a high side for just this dessert and drinks also.
