★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst govt. clinic ever.The X-ray scan machine they said is breakdown since January 2020 till now they did not service yet.About one year ready but still not service yet and asked patient to do at outside hospital and I need to at private hospital for the X-ray.The doctor also was so rude.I do not want mention his name here if I mention confirm worst ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff rude... remember that you get salary from those people like us..you want good service from another agencies when entertain you, and you also need do the same thing!! please dont let we call you 'doctor and nurse Rm 1' because you say yourself,, here only pay rm1 so that service will be gone like that.

DentalClinic given out Qnumber only @8am as stated info on the registration counter even though clinic opening @7.30am as stated in the web???MsianBoleh??????change the website information if opening hours has changed from 0730 to 0800
...DO NOT MISLEADING PATIENTS AS TIME IS VALUABLE FOR @NATION???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is this Chinese young lady doctor who was impatient with my aging father and even communicate with the next Chinese aunty patient that we made her waiting & we should go for private doctor when we were in the outpatient room no. 2 for less than 5 minutes to find out his repeated health issue lately. Doctor said to me she is very busy & has many patients and asked me to go out. My intention is to check the reason of medication when the total cholesterol level is at 2.8 which is normal range according to the report. I felt really helpless but still apologized to this patient who complaint. I really surprised with this no improvement of the service with government department at this era or only with this doctor??
Then the pharmacist asked me why doctor didn’t prescribe the calcium for him & I had no clue. The Malay lady pharmacist was very patient and she said “never mind I will help you to redo”. She helped us to add the calcium in the prescription
Subsequently, I checked with a private doctor friend and she said it’s confirmed normal range & shouldn't prescribe medication!!
Please tell me what is your view?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited so long time to meet the doctor. One of the staff from counter 21 is very rude, never make sure patient really meet up doctor by the appointment time. I was told to be meeting up the doctor in room 4 and waited for long time, nobody follow up then when I ask the staff she just replied "you can go in to the room and ask the doctors inside lahh"
Pharmacy also very slow, never check clearly what medicine can be given and asked me to waited after they unsure about the medication, giving all the excuses for their mistake. Speechless me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heres the tips before go to this clinic:
1. If you got appointment, come 15-30 minutes earlier.
2. If no appointment, book online through qmed cheras for non-emergency case
.
3. If no appointment, but emergency case or fever, can walk in.
4. Morning registration starts 730am till 1245pm. Evening registration starts 2pm till 445pm. 1pm to 2pm lunch hour. Only emergency cases accepted during lunch hour.
P/s: the time might defer depends on the total patients that come during that day? so, stay safe everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming here for vaccine collection. Cant rate their services as I havent used them yet. But decent cafe, parking can be full quickly and can see people queue at 7am! This place is also known as Klinik Kesihatan Cheras.
