★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible. made an appointment over the phone but i had to wait 30 min although i arrived there on time. furthermore they didnt say sorry or anything. the last mention i heard was i have to wait another 30 min.
the place looks dirty and unorganized. no professionaly managed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are doing the work just for the sake of it, no dedication, poor outcome of hairstyles and rebonding for my friends. Pls avoid this place to save yourself from wasting your money. Don't fall for their trick of promoting online giving discount. It's not worth the price, not worth even if they are giving it free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an ok experience since bought voucher from Fave. Except for the owner/boss, he is good, I don’t think anyone else can do a good job over there. WARNING: A female staff there is extremely loud and annoying, she can speak very loudly beside your ears when doing your hair just to chat with her peers during work. ADVICE: Appoint the boss to do for you, or endure 2 to 3 hours of loud voice with extremely high frequency just beside your ears.
