β β β β β I am very disappointed by the Chi Fitness X club. I wanted to cancel my membership starting January but could not do so since the club was closed and they require cancellation in person. I went to the gym the next day it reopened (13 February) to submit my cancellation request, but they demanded extra payment for the month of March. I want to mention that the club is not offering any class activities to which I subscribed to. It means they are making me pay for February and March for a service they are not able to provide. I suggest that the club management rethinks its cancellation policy accordingly to the times we live in.

β β β β β The staffs here kind of rude. Esp the personal trainers and 1 new front desk guy, some of them are nice, but so far in my exp, I only met with 3 nice staffs, others are so rude and the way they answered my question seems bothered him so much.
1. They have new system, which only allowed customer to make a book before training session, and I was told to get out of gym because I made a book for 8pm, and I was there at 19.59pm. Not even a full min, seriously?
2. The gym area is quite small, consider now they have more customers. So I was about to train in the area, where he said it was only for "personal trainer's trainee" only. There wasn't any notes which says that, and to consider this is a small gym, I think to use such a big room only for 1 trainee is just too much. And is it really necessary to treat customer (who doesn't subscribe for personal trainer) as rude as that? Such a shame!

β β β β β Regret joining this place. Wife was injured and couldn't use the place and requested the cancel the membership. However since it's past the cut off date and they required a month notice, not only they were gonna charge for the current month but also the next month despite knowing she wasn't able to use their facilitily. They recommend to freeze for 6 months to avoid the charges and hopefully she could use again. However it's been 6 months and they charged the card without sending a reminder. When requested to reverse the charges and cancel the membership, they said they had no "obligation" to do that since their TNC allows them to do this. Hey CHI...I know you are not obligated but as a responsible company you can have compassion and do what is morally right and not make life harder for your customers. Times are tough as it is. Having little compassion can go a long way. Now there is no way I will ever recommend anyone to join your gym. Hope you are happy with the way you handled this.

I want my money which you take by force 3 times, no trusty at all with you, we want our money back.. you should be more professional with your Clint not scamming game. Really I want my money back in seriously note. What kind of gym is this !!!

β β β β β They imposed me for 4 month fee, even though I said to them after FMCO, I will quit the gym. After 4 month, they just kept silent, and now they try to impose me 4 month fee. This is not good business.
They try to make hard to quit the membership, and even though I don't go, and I said I quit the gym, they continue to impose me money. I try to contact the admin. But, they say it's the system. and ask me just come to the gym... Not replying about the 4 month fee. If you go the this gym, you have to remember, it's very hard to cancel the membership. Specially, don't make a automatic bank transfer. They keep on stealing your money without checking your status.

β β β β β I have been here for 2 months, this is the most useful review you can see from me. I've sign pt with Am, at first I thought only 1 package is enough since I'm not staying in bangsar. Could have spend sometime here then go back to my own gym. Now I've got my 2nd package with Am. He is knowledgeable, professional and everytime I can get satisfaction from Every training.
Not only they have in-house trainer, they also have class everyday like yoga, body combat, Hiit and Boxing. It's so fun and living! Love it especially Jonathan's and Wilfred's class. I've only tried their class though. Will try other class soon. Guys if you are looking for gym which is clean and fun. This is the gym.

β β β β β Good that I read the review here first before joining. Seems a lot of unsettled same issues regarding the difficulty to cancel the membership and forcing members to continue paying the fee and come to the gym even though they had requested not to proceed anymore. This should not happen at the first place.
