β β β β β I suffered a rotator cuff injury which had a habit of causing me intense pain in my shoulder when travelling hauling luggage. I visited Light Heal Pain Relief after hearing about their revolutionary laser therapy. Their trained physiotherapists are highly skilled workers who made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The laser therapy itself just feels slightly warm and the physiotherapists wear protective glasses. They do not rush you and regularly enquire about how you are feeling. I needed about four visits of around 30 minutes each and there was absolutely no discomfort at all. I felt immediate relief from day 1 and the symptoms subsided to the point that I was able to travel without further discomfort. The physios even recommended a series of simple exercises I could to at home. I recommend that you give laser therapy a try.

β β β β β How I think this is different from other physiotherapy is that they focus on pain relief and accelerated healing with deep tissue laser therapy. Previously I've went to 2 other physiotherapy centers, neither of them able to treat and diagnose my chronic shoulder pain accurately. As in I felt no improvement on my shoulder pain. But for the first time I met Sandra from Lightheal and that she run me through a thorough consultation session, she managed to analyse what's the root cause of my shoulder pain, and patiently attend to my questions and doubts so that I could understand my shoulder situation which had also extended to impingement on my radial nerve. My shoulder could totally felt relieved after just my first session, I'm very happy that it immediately improved my shoulder mobility the next day. So far I've went through 3 sessions and throughout the sessions I've been well taken care by the attentive and knowledgeable staffs. So if you're looking for effective sports injury treatment I would highly recommend this physiotherapy center!

β β β β β Effective. I started going to LightHeal a year ago to treat a torn ankle tendon. It took many hours of enduring pain but I am happy to say it has worked well and my ankle is healing well. In addition, I noticed that the laser treatment works very well for active recovery, especially for people who are active in terms of working out - either in gym/ sports.

β β β β β very happy with my experience at LightHeal. grateful for the Merdeka offer the clinic offered too. my physio was very friendly and informative and knew how to help. i also appreciate the staffs genuine recommendations on when to visit the clinic - not trying to force you to come unnecessarily

β β β β β I was suffering with intractable neuropathic pain after a back surgery that did not go well. The LightHeal team were very dedicated in helping to address this through prolonged sessions of laser and manual therapy. I am happy to say that after approximately 3 months of ongoing treatment, my pain has receded to a manageable level to the extent that I am now able to go through my daily activities unhindered. I would highly recommend you give the LightHeal folks a shot first before going for any kind of surgical procedure - I sure wish I did :)

I've recommended Lightheal to a few friends and family members after they commented on my advanced healing process after I started receiving treatment there for a fracture on my foot.
