★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but not worth the wait. If you don’t mind waiting at least 30 minutes for your orders, that is. There’s always the other Western food shop next door. Service is also quite slow, probably because not enough staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place gone from Bad to Worse. Last visited past week. One Woman show. No other personal except for drinks counter. Will call your ticket pay and collect at order counter. What's interesting is she writes in book supposedly for following Que. However don't be surprised people after you get their orders first. Wonder if Michael still owns the business. Sad state from it's former glory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepare to wait for more than 1 hour. Not worth to eat here. Only having 2 person who cook and prepare for drinks. As for drinks, there isn’t any selection at all. I will NEVER come here and eat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing fancy... Just a simple & reasonably priced meal consisting of nice old school flavors...
The Chicken Chop and Fish and Chips were fried just right and both were tasty. Not overcooked and dry. The sauce in top is reminiscent of the old Hainanese Cafes and Government Rest Houses of yesteryear.
Wished the fries were served hot instead of room temperature though. And also tartare sauce instead of Mayo for the Fish & Chips.
Be prepared for a 20 to 25 min wait if its during peak hours. And theres no table service which means you queue up to place your food and drink orders and also to collect it when its ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 minutes and counting. Food has not arrived, there are still more than 5 tables waiting for their food. Finished our drinks already and still waiting. Hygiene is very bad, the tables were left unsanitized and dirty after the customer leaves. The tissues here are out of plastics. Cheap tissues that can wipe anything. Fans aren't working and it's very hot.
Update : 40 minutes now, and still 7 tables excluding us not served. Only 1 chef cooking.
Update 2 : it's been 1 hour and our food still has not arrived. It is too bad I'm so done
Update 3 : 1 hour 20 minutes. 2 out of 13 plates have arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken chop is good here. It's fried then with sauce. Coleslaw and fries are a bit little. But still decently full after 1 meal. Service is super slow, so be patient or come early. Price is nice and cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I rarely give 1 star rating, I would just not be bothered to. This family run business has been operating for as long as I remember, however the deterioration of its food over the years is an understatement.
Give it a pass since you will be waiting 45-60 mins for your food to arrive. And when they do arrive, the chicken chop and grill salmon just doesn't worth it. For RM15 and RM20, head next door or walk further to the medan selera.
