Only got our main course about an hour later, 220pm. Very slow service. Luckily we got the appetizer 30mins earlier

β β β β β The good food. The waitress very efficient and fast services. A lot people queue but we manage get the table within 10 minutes. The manager also helping to serve. The food arrive at table within 15min after the ordered. No complaint. Kept it up..

β β β β β Went there with my fiancΓ©. We were there at 9.20 pm I think, the place was full. So we have to wait until 9.40 pm to get a table. Our food arrived at around 10pm but the place should already be closed at that time but they still entertained us and treated us well and let us eat ? service staff was friendly. I like it here ?

β β β β β Got the Southern Smokehouse burger which comes with fries and BBQ sauce. The beef patty was medium but the cooking can be spread a bit more evenly as the sides were over cooked but the middle of the beefy patty tasted juicy. Coating of the onion rings were decent but onions could have been fried for longer; overall for the burger I give it a 7/10
Fries were a set side to the burger and was flavourful but over 20% of fries were burnt fries and injured potatoes, so that just spoils the appetite, less 4 points - 6/10
Corn on the cob was decent for the price but they could have made it creamier and it was lacking salt - 6.5/10
In terms of price, theyβre probably slightly overpriced but still conveys American vibes, so go give it a try!

β β β β β First of all, well done to the male Malay waiter that served us. Ridiculous service by the female tudung lady that showed a face as black as a kettle. She kind of ruined the dining experience single-handedly. The food, not something I recommend when it comes to meat. The test is fine.

β β β β β The waiter is not friendly! I was just sitting in front waiting (less than 2 minutes), he could have just come to me and asked me to be seated, but he shouted so loud! I answered, he didnβt even look at me, Jz pointed me to the side seat!
Foods were poorly prepared, dried and not good at all! I was asking for an extra empty plate, the same waiter felt like I was asking for too much. First and last dining at Chiliβs in Sunway Pyramid..! Itβs totally incomparable to the one I dined in KLCC!! It was so superb and the staff were so friendly and niceβ¦! This one, sorryβ¦ NO NEXT TIMEβ¦!!!!!!!

β β β β β The food was very average and not worth the price. Flavour was lacking and the brocoli that came with my dish was clearly from a frozen pack and tasted bland. The wait time to be seated was almost 5 mins when we could clearly see lots of empty tables inside. The only good thing I'd say is that the staff was friendly and the portion size was decent.

β β β β β Do not recommend, 20 minute wait for a table, half of the restaurant was empty, ordered Heineken beer and was told after 20 minutes that they did not have any. Asked for Guinness and also none available.
Only had Tiger beer on tap. Took several reminders to staff to get the beers.
Ordered the Chilli's chilli burger. Was bland and salty, burger was burnt and looked like a dog's breakfast. Rice was dry and had no taste.
Staff were very apologetic and we ended up only paying for the beers.
