tried to order the onion loaf..and was told it is out of stock?
bread was also out of stock?
this was at 12pm.
ordered the Shredded Beef Penne... pricey for the small portion i got....
food and drinks took very long to be served
overall..very bad experience.

β β β β β I went there on Friday for dinner. The steak cost rm 66-88 but sadly the whole dining experience is a dissapointment. Firstly they closed the section by the window that overlook Sunway Lagoon and put their stuffs there instead. Secondly, the table and floor are not clean and sticky. You can feel it when you walk around. Thirdly, the food presentation is like at the food court?!? Lastly, the service is not attentive. I have to look around myself for some salt and pepper because noone was around. The steak is average. The only thing that's worth mentioning is the mashed potato. What an utter dissapointment for a well known brand. First and last time I will be here!

β β β β β I just wonder Tony Romas in Malaysia. But It was a little bit disappointed. I order medium rare steak but it comes like well done. Also the corn was too soft and have too much water. And the interior too simple and boring. Luckily I could enjoy their mashed potato. I've could seen many of local people family and here but I think I prefer tgi or chillis :)

β β β β β The first day, we had been waiting at the front to be seated but no staff paid any attention. We noticed a number of tables were not cleaned and were not taken away dishes. May be they need to hire more staffs, we thought. But, the next day we went there again. This time a bit earlier, and we succeeded. The price is quite high, but the portion is big and we found them tasty. It's worth the wait βΊοΈ

β β β β β Great food! Fast service - Even on a Public Holiday! Chicken abit dry and overcooked for the breast part but other than that, everything was great! Family oriented restaurant. Ample sitting space. Friendly staff!
