★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the food is not as nice as it used to be. Not sure due to the pandemic hit or whatsoever. But here goes my honest review.
Ate here recently during 2nd February 2022. Ordered quesadillas, caesar salad, mushroom jack fajitas, honey chipotle chicken and bottomless drinks (apple, pineapple and orange)
- quesadillas very plain. Literally chicken and onions. Usually there’s cut jalapenos, to add a lil kick on the spice for the quesadillas. But seems there’s none of that
- caesar salad not bad 7/10
- mushroom jack fajitas. Had to send back since they burned the mushrooms so it was very bitter.
- honey chipotle was nice 8/10
- bottomless drinks too sweet. The cordial mixture was overpowering and too sweet.
Overall it was a 5/10. Hopefully they train back the cooks and servers. Because some of the servers like clueless and a lil blur. The cooks maybe can train better regarding the preparation of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegetarian food no taste, Kajun Burger taste bland, from the years of trying chili's.. This is the worst. They are going to be out of business if their portion getting smaller and food taste going downwards. Their service excellent though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamb shoulder was not juicy and taste bland. Te taste in klcc and midvalley are much better. Sink was not clean seems like in mamak restaurant. I wonder how the kitchen. Service could be improved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good food and good service. They don’t have a physical menu, you have to scan the QR code and view the menu online.
The bottomless chips and salsa was really awesome, the salsa quite spicy and really nice to be eaten with the chips. The cajun chicken, I really loved how they put the whole chicken breast and which is really good. The staffs are really helpful and attentive. The environment and ambient inside quite cozy and chill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My server girl was helpful and welcoming. Other staff doesn't look that much welcoming so...food was okish, i won't say good. I use to have food at this brand back in usa but i don't feel that standard here. Cheese bites were clearly old but fried and put in front of me. A lot of salt in cheese bites maybe due to country taste or sometimes old things get blunt salty taste. Then the meat was not cooked properly in bowl. Obviously in bowl they had to put fresh vegetables but beef meat was done but some person who doesn't know about beef. The people working here has different belief than us who consume so I don't know who cooked or what was at it. Kitchen staff needs training in my opinion. My Ind Maly server was welcoming, and helpful in ordering and serving.
