I visited Chime Seven studio during my holiday in Georgetown. My hair were very dry and damaged. I got a professional cut from Creative Director Kenzy. Kenzy was very helpful, kind, nice and understanding. I did not want to cut a lot of my long hair (who wants, right? :-)) and he did his best to renew my hair and yet leave them long. I honestly never got this mindful and professional haircut. Also I need to mention an amazing head, neck and shoulder massage that took maybe 30 min! Truly amazing! All staff was very friendly and I felt great. Thank you once again and my message to every potential customer is: JUST GO! You gonna have yourself a gooood time! :-)

β β β β β Highly recommend this saloon, not only you'll get a refreshing new look but a new you after the amazing head massage. Prices a low to moderate by today's standards but one won't complain for the service they're getting.

β β β β β The best ever hair wash experience. Reasonable priced and comes with a very good massage. U will feel very relaxed after the whole experience. A definitely must try. U will not regret. I've been there 3 times in 2 months period. Gonna be a regular for sure ?

β β β β β Creative Stylist "Five" Choong was so meticulous with my hair. His shape cutting was pristine and he was dedicated to the head massage during the hair wash! Thank you Five for such an amazing hair styling experience! Their rates are really affordable too! Cut and special wash, 40 ringgit, everything in!

β β β β β First of all, i would like to convey my biggest gratitude for accepting my last minute booking! Ive tried to call a few other salons but they dont have slot/do not accept last min booking
I arrived a bit earlier bc it was raining, yes i waited almost half an hour but the waiting was really worthy! Eunice, who attended me, my gosh she had a pair of strong hands! She massaged my head so damn well, so good and calming! I am really satisfied with her work!
I wanted to go to an ice cream shop around the corner, Eunice she even sent me over with umbrella! Im so blessed to have found this salon, not to mention the price is cheap for a hairwash!
Keep it up guys! Im seriously happy with u! Will def visit u guys again on my next visit to Penang

β β β β β I got my hair trimmed here, and some layers by Kelly. She did such a great job and gave me some really great advice on how to take care of my very dry ends with great recommendations on products. The service was very professional, and the salon was lovely. The hair wash and head massage was particularly a treat! If I come back to Penang I would definitely go here again, and would highly recommend this place to anyone!
