1. 前台的老板说我们没有预约，可是我们真的有打来预约过 而且在通话中我有说到在网上找不到你们的地址 所以我才会去whatsapp向你们拿地址 虽然当场没有提到 但是那时候给的房间号码是103 是你们自己没有记录到 也没有一声抱歉 一直说是不是我们打错电话 在打电话预约的时候我也问了是不是uptown 分行 你们回答对的
2. 服务态度也不好，一坐下来就问我们要喝雪碧还是可乐 你们什么都没有介绍 一直重复4-5次 到后面才说这些是免费的 难道来到火锅店不是先给我们菜单才问吗？我们第一次来不知道什么是免费什么是要要给钱的，仙女猪肉片的冰太多弄到漏水在桌子，你们员工却态度不好的告诉我们：水 弄到桌子就难抹 难道不是应该你们的员工拿布来抹？还是你希望我们自己抹
3. 再来就是番茄， 煮出来的食物都是粉色的，我都还没投诉你们的汤有色素
4. 冰淇淋没有了 员工就直接冲过来我们的面前再用手打机器大声说：没有了 当场还吓到我朋友 请问我是拿钱来受罪？
5. 最后一个 是最无言的 半个小时后 回到家了却打电话来告诉我们 我们没付钱 重点是 你是怎样有我的电话号码？不是没有预约吗？然后还叫我whatsapp 拍我们的单据给他（打电话来的是那位态度不好的华人员工）我们付钱的时候是先检查了账单才刷卡的 老板您也是有问我们检查好了吗 钱也过了 你们没有检查清楚就直接打电话来说我们没有付钱 难道你们店的卡机没有记录吗 没有摄像头吗 为什么要直接责怪我们先呢 过后才那位员工才在whatsapp说是公司误会我们 难道我们看起来比较好欺负？还是我们看起来不够资格去你们店消费
原本是要开开心心地帮朋友庆祝生日 结果从进门到回家 完全是最糟糕的经历

2. The service attitude is not good. As soon as I sat down, I asked if we want to drink Sprite or Coke. You didn’t introduce anything and kept repeating it 4-5 times until later I said that these are free. Didn’t I come to the hot pot restaurant to give us the menu before asking? ? The first time we came, we didn’t know what was free and what was required to pay. The ice of the fairy pork slices leaked on the table because of too much ice, but your staff had a bad attitude and told us: It’s hard to wipe water on the table, isn’t it? Should your employees use cloth to wipe it? Or do you want us to wipe it ourselves
3. Next is tomatoes. The cooked food is pink. I have not complained that your soup has pigment
4. The ice cream is gone. The staff rushed over to us and hit the machine with their hands and said loudly: No, they scared my friend on the spot. May I take the money to suffer?
5. The last one is the most speechless after half an hour came home but called to tell us that we did not pay. The point is how do you have my phone number? Isn’t there no appointment? I wanted to celebrate my friend’s birthday happily, but it was the worst experience from entering the door to going home.

Surprisingly I found it very interesting and good because the spicy soup was not like the typical types out there that burns till your taste buds can't taste. If you cant take spicy, there's the broth version with mild herbs. Communication here is basically in Mandarin so good thing I was with friends who could read and converse. The menu was badly translated into English. Raw materials fresh and presented well. The condiments spread is very good, free flow of certain drinks, ice cream, and popcorn. A few improvements would be great; servers/waiters (probably they are still new at this) although attentive, there should be a local floor captain. Communication hiccups can sometimes make ordering/request abit tedious. Also, dear owner, please ensure that your staff uses food grade gloves or thongs to plate the fruit platter. That alone costed 1 star drop in this rating.
