Waiting time: 1hr
Food dining duration: 1.5hrs
Service: The service was relatively slow compare to other chains that I visited.
Soup: soup was mediocre in my honest opinion.
But ingredients consider fresh.
Complimentary birthday cake: Have informed them for birthday celebration and they said will arrange to give a complimentary cake. But end up they didn’t give any.?
Dessert: Beauty in The Pot serves complimentary yuzu ice as desserts. It’s a really nice tangy drink to have.
SOP: Suggest to improve their SOP. Saw a bunch of customer didn’t keep a distance to take the fruit/ sauce at sauce bar. Besides, notice a customer didn’t wear mask n talk while he taking. ?
No glove given. (what if some customer didn’t sanitise their hand and we all use the same utensil to take the sauce?)
Would I head back there again? I doubt so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice environment, soup is excellent, fish paste, shrimp paste and pork paste slightly disappointing. sauces are good. service is above average. no nid queue for dinner peak hour. very good and convenient alternative to haidilao, but all said and done, i still prefer haidilao. haidilao service is more attentive and friendly, they offer jelly and ice cream, soup is more drinkable, the mini la mian show pulled right at your table is entertaining, but the disadvatge of haidilao is the damn long queue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super dreamy design, great dining experience, the dining time is more relaxed when not busy, the waiters, especially Captain minghui, are really caring and enthusiastic, and the professional attitude of the handsome Enson. Thanks to the hospitality provided by the manager Shawn Ng so that my old colleagues and I were able to eat fresh hot pot ingredients in such an wonderful environment . I really like the collagen soup, but the taste can be further enhanced, and the spicy soup is also delicious! Hope will have some improve in the waiting area for guest too that would be more attractive i think, love the photo shoot section but got a C位sticker on it were too conspicuous, shouldn't let it there hahaha, forever Bitp ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best steamboat with a very delicious pork bone soup. Both their meats and meat balls were fresh and taste really excellent. I love their pickled reddish, i think this is the best pickled. Eventhough it is above the average prices, yet experiences are priceless. Recommended to visit them.
