★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had quite a terrible posture before and I was in quite a bad state. I had troubles and discomfort when walking and the pain was quite unbearable. The pain was mostly in my left leg. I had scoliosis and it was pressing on my sciatic nerve which was causing sciatica. I've tried physiotherapy before but it didn't really last. Dr. Sharvin Kaur helped me with my treatment. She is really knowledgeable, patient and understanding. She explained my problems to me very thoroughly so that I could understand how severe my problem was. The pain has definitely lessened since coming here and I can walk better and have a better posture. Would definitely recommend if you're having back aches or just coming in for a checkup if you have bad posture!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the lower back pain issues on last year Sept, and so grateful that my yoga teacher recommended Chiropractor first at 1MK, I signed up 40 sessions to treat my issues and after two months I can see n felt a very big difference as my lower back pain was gone and am still doing for maintaining now, am so grateful Dr Sandra, she is a patient and knowledgeable doctor. During the treatment she adjusted my issues part to get my spine more flexible. And now I can do more actions for my lower part. Thanks Dr Sandra??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sharvin from Chiropractic First, 1 Mont Kiara has been a great help. She is attentive and doesn’t rush through treatments. I had been having pain in my back and knees for a long while from multiple sport injuries. Progress is good, helped a lot with resolving old injuries and gives plenty of added value Dr. Sharvin also take times to educate me on posture and exercise to strengthen my muscles and prevent future injuries. I have more energy now and no longer feel the pain I previously had. I definitely will recommend anyone needing an adjustment.

She did a thorough examination and gave me a detailed explanation on my condition. With every visit, I feel my back and posture getting better. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to see chiropractors both in Malaysia and the UK, and Dr Sharvin is without a doubt the best I have seen. From the initial consultation her level of professionalism and clear care for her patients is unrivalled. I was impressed that Chiropractic First will take an x-ray before treatment, as I had never experienced this before; seeing my spine and misalignment was fascinating and Dr Sharvin's explanation really opened my eyes to just how essential chiropractic care is for me. Without it I do really feel the difference! I have been seeing Dr Sharvin for a few months now and I am noticing less pain and tension, as well as increased mobility. I would (and have!!) recommend Dr Sharvin, Chiropractic First, and chiropractic care in general if you have any joint issues or pain whatsoever. Not only is my back better, my temporomandibular jaw issues are now essentially fixed after 14 years of pain!!! I am so grateful.
