Requested appointment via email late on a Saturday. Got prompt response and saw Dr. Lee on Sunday morning. After answering questions on symptoms, he identified my problem and proceeded with the treatment to push back the bone into place on my lower back. Before treatment it was painful to bend over, afterwards it was far, far better. Some additional therapy from ultrasound and TENS machine completed my treatment session. So far, after 10 hours later, my back movement is far better, hoping that the muscle will now recover too. Well worth it and conveniently located for me.

I got to know this clinic from Google. I normally do not write reviews but I am compelled to write this because of our experience. I am not making any judgment, just sharing. Everything written here is all documented and can be proven by the other doctors I have seen and my son's school. We went to see Dr. Lee because my 14 year old son was experiencing back pains. Prior to that, we have seen GPs and an acupuncturist. While he had some relief with the acupuncture session, the pain in his back persisted. Upon the advice of some friends, I went to look for a chiropractor. The first session was done on a Friday morning. To my delight, the session provided instant relief to my son. The doctor asked us to come back the next day. I thought it was too soon but because I was pleased with the results, we came back Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon, my son's back started to hurt. We followed the doctor's instructions and we did not do any physical activity except normal walking. By evening, my son's back pain was severe so I requested for another appointment. We saw the doctor again Tuesday morning. The afternoon, my son's back pain was even more severe. He could not even stand properly. whereas before we went to see this doctor, he could walk to school. After the third treatment, we had to bring him to school, and in the school, he had to move around in a wheelchair. My husband spoke to the doctor and told him about the problem. Needless to say, we are so sad and disappointed to see our young boy unable to move and reduced to being in a wheelchair. The doctor replied that he cannot guarantee results. I agree that doctors do not and cannot guarantee results. We all take risks when we see a new doctor. We have, since then, saw a WHO Certified Accupuncturist and a Spine Specialist. They explained what they think happened to my son. I am not a medical expert so I will not attempt to explain what went wrong. I am simply sharing my very unfortunate experience. ===== This is to respond to the doctor's response. If you will recall, you quickly suggested the MRI. But on the third session, you said, hold the MRI because it costs 2000 to have MRI and just have another session with you and see what happens. Yes, it is true that my son was unable to go to school because of the pain. This is the reason we went to see you and asked for your help. If you remember, you said, not to worry because it is a minor problem. He simply had a pelvic rotation. And no, I did not give any bad review to the other doctors. I have never written any review. The last session with the acupuncturist resulted in some improvements but it was not sustained. However, it did not make the situation worse. It is the reason we saw you. We wanted to see improvements. You knew he was in severe pain. We told you. If not, how can you say that the reason was he helped in the grandfather's farm if we did not tell you. We don't need to look too far. In your form, he put 8 out of 10 in terms of level of pain. So we just did not tell you, we put it in writing. My husband is not asking for compensation. He wants to ask you how you can make it right. Did you make a mistake with the acupuncture you did?

IMHO, If you are just looking for a quick fix and you know what's wrong with your body, then this place might be OK for you. Plus it's on the reasonable price range. So it's fair. I didn't get any proper assessment, nor did I get any post treatment consultation. I just go in, the Chiro just ask what's wrong, and he went on with his cracking. Once done, he just said "OK done". No explanation, no consultation. Very limited words were exchanged. The whole session in his room lasted around 5mins only. So yeah, quick fix. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- On another note, I noticed the the response from the owner to bad/low reviews are very defensive. Why? It's called a review for a reason. An opinion, a feedback. Not a forced high rating response as if anybody going to get a discount out of it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Anyway, my reply to the owner's response: I'm talking based on my experiences from a few visits here, not only on my RECENT visit where I heard your assistant said 1230pm instead of 1030am. Anyway no worries. There were no reminder calls anyway like a normal establishments would with an appointment so I guess they were rooting for a no-show. So yes, my previous visits were also very brief and very little/no consultation/advise were given. Just Crack and Go.

Hi, Who said you reduce my pain from 8/10 to 1/10? ok let me tell you my story the, I came to you August 2017 complaining about back pain and soreness, then you told me that you can fix it in 3 sessions, then after adjustment, you asked me to rest which I did. the next day the pain was worse then you said it is normal to have more pain the next day and again you did the adjustment. but the third day it was horrible that I couldn't walk anymore so when I came to you, you told me that I might have slipped disk and I need to do MRI. first of all, I have no idea why you didn't ask me first to do MRI. If you don't know what is my problem at the first step how did you do the adjustment? Second of all, before those sessions, I just had a bit stiffness on my back but after your adjustment, till today ( almost 2 years) I have back pain, sciatica pain, leg pain and left knee pain and I have to use pain killer everyday morning until night, I spend 50000 RM till today for my treatment because of you. before visiting you I just had tightness on my back ( i was able to do workout walking, running, and climbing, which I can't do it today anymore). When I rate you here I just wanna make sure other take MRI before they come to visit you guys cause you are not sure what is going on at first place. I can show you my MRI and my condition to make sure you undrestand what you did to me

I have had a great experience with this chiropractic clinic. Dr. Michael Lee certainly knows what he is doing, and the staff is also very friendly. I came in with a stiff and painfull back, after leaving this clinic I felt like my old self again. I would definitely recommend this clinic. My treatment was as follows: Dr Lee first adjusted my back and neck, and then right after that they took the time to take care of my back by using warmth pads on my back and electronic stimulators. The second time I went there they also used some acupuncture. I must say I am very satisfied with everything. To people who go to the clinic for the first time: please make sure you get there early, because the Hartamas centre can be a very confusing place if you have never visited there.

I have been seeing Dr Lee for 6-8 months due to neck and hip injury and it has really helped. He’s very professional and explains why and how the injury could’ve happened. He doesn’t overcharge and will normally require patients to go a bit more often at the beginning but he explains that before hand too. The front desk ladies and assistants are very friendly and warm. Dr Lee has many years of experience in this field and therefore my husband and I trust his expertise.

Was here couple of years ago with pulled back issue. Came back again with the same issue recently. Both Dr Michael and Dr Sam are quite nice. Straight forward and simple treatment. Price wise is affordable. If it’s your first time, will have to spend a little longer for assessment with doctor. Give them a ring before you drop by.

Dr. Sam was very thorough and professional. She explained clearly my issues and her approach, and gave suggestions on how I can improve my posture and reduce the prevalence of these existing issues.
