I've been baking bread with all-purpose flour that's easily obtainable from grocery stores. Thinking of getting proper high protein bread flour, I go to this store to for some. When asking for the actual brand of the flour so that I know what flour I'm using, the shopkeeper refuses to tell me and dodge the question by just telling me it's "unbleached". "Same flour that's used by Yin's sourdough nearby", she says. I end up buying 5 kg of it, regretfully. That weekend, I bake two loaves, one with this "bread flour", and another with the usual Kuda Biru all-purpose flour. At 71% hydration ratio, the former is so slack and sticky, I question whether I have messed up the hydration ratio. Next weekend, I try baking with the "bread flour" at 71% hydration again. The dough basically breaks apart after I add the starter, which I have fed with this "bread flour" instead of the usual Kuda Biru. I have to add more flour to reduce the hydration to 65% in order to get something remotely useful. At this point, I'm pretty sure I have been given some low protein cake flour instead of proper high protein bread flour. The following weekend, I ask my wife to use the "bread flour" to make some cake instead. To my horror, she some flour beetle larvae in the flour when sieving the flour. First time and last time for me.

While the service is not top notch, the workers aren't rude either as experienced by some. Various flour available under 1 roof. Bread flour (labelled tepung Roti) isn't really high in protein, but it is unbleached. Is good enough for Asian, tanzhong or higher fat, brioche style bread. For high hydration hole-y crusty artisanal European bread, look online. I too, experienced weevils if kept at room temp for over a month. I wouldn't buy more than what I need for storage.
