We got the The Loft is right beside the road.
Room is spacious but there is too many things clutter example the big mirror or the magazine/books on the table
Housekeeper can be improve such as vacuum the side of the bed or toilet.
But one major thing is the noise at night.
The window need to repair and place a rubber to tighten the gap. If you are a light sleeper, then you have hard to sleep as the wind will make the window bang in and out.
The wall is not thick and you cna the motor, people taking downstairs till 3-4am.

โ โ โ โ โ This place has a huge amount of potential. The concept is spot on and, most importantly when I was booking, it's a pet friendly hotel. You know there will be a few things you have to accept won't be as perfect as other hotels if they allow pets. However, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good with lots of hot water and the room had a fridge, kettle, TV and a microwave in it. The staff are quite quiet and you don't see them often, but when you message them or talk to them they are super helpful and friendly and the cleaning staff are also very helpful and responsive when we asked them to clean our room while we were out. The hotel is also beautiful inside, very retro and cool. Will definitely stay here again.

โ โ โ โ โ A very cool place to stay. Got all the artistic vibe. Have a bakery shop within the place. Surrounding also have lots of nice place and street food to explore!!!

โ โ โ โ โ IMHO this accommodation is a USD 20. Because it was pet friendly its priced premium for that.
I'd rate this at best like a b&b dorm for backpackers. Beds and furniture are nailed together from odds and end planks and old furniture and some lights don't work. Air cons are ineffective, barely cool.
Roaches were spotted.
The "gym" is a joke. Equipments are faulty and rusty.
Don't take the rooms facing the main road. The outside noise is loud. Dont be next to the lift
The lift is LOUD. Don't take the 4th or 5th floors. The lift is SLOW as it is an antique

โ โ โ โ โ really cool hotel with great potential, but is super understaffed right now. it took us a long time to get checked in and we saw the trend continue with other guests. I'm guessing this is covid-related and hope things spin up again soon!

โ โ โ โ โ Kim Haus is previously a goldsmith shop. This has been converted to a boutique hotel sometimes ago, and the deco are antique. The price is worth for value, breakfast included. The best part is strategic location to get local food, shops and tourist attractions. Also walking distance to bars street.

โ โ โ โ โ Very cute and in a great area of Chinatown! We stayed there just when borders opened after COVID so it was still very quiet and no live music on etc. but I would come back to see how it is when itโs busy because it was a great little spot!
