β β β β β Bought a pair of bridal heel rm350+ from them. Tried at their outlet and it was fit to my feet. But the heel couldn't fit to my feet after they post to my home although same shoe size (they usually will post to customer due to "custom made" by adding some decor on the heel. They asked me to squeeze the paper inside the heel in order to expand it. LOL.

β β β β β Very Bad service! Such luxury branding but worst service! Make wrong of my shoe design! I came here 3 time to collect a wedding shoe! Staff didn't apology and blaming other staff mistake. Very BAD!
Price is between Rm 300 to 400++ for weeding customise shoe.
We could have find a better subsidiary with this price.
Bridal shoe's design is pretty but service and quality is bad! When I try at store the size was just nice but after receive the shoe is not fix. No standard. And with wrong design. So disappointed!
