★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at this one utama Micheal Kros . Worse sales rep ever. Wanted to enquire about the products but the worker seems uninterested to serve. Ever since we walked in she try to avoid our eye contact too. Judging our outfit ? I wonder where the 5 stars come from?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seem like i am not the only one have issue with the sales rep after seeing reviews. No one entertain us even we were the only customer in the shop. I have decided buy 1 pair of shoe and interested to try another pair, all of the sales rep just stand far away from us and no eyes contact at all including the sales rep that put my 1st pair shoe at the counter. They just showed that they don't bother if you are buying or not, end up we lost interest to try the 2nd pair even we love it so much.
