★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refund process is HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER if you do not wish to face the same problem as i did. Because the moment they are unable to fulfill your order, they will try their best not to refund your money paid.
I have placed my order in Sep 2021, they only informed me that they cant fulfill my order mid Nov 2021 and promised to refund via gift card. So at first, i waited for the gift card, but they never sent me until early Dec 2021. So i quickly requested for money refund instead.
At first, they reverted on the refund request and asked for my bank account number. However, the refund never happen until today, 29 Jan 2022. I have sent a series of follow ups email, they just ignored and never replied.
Suddenly when i checked my order status, they have changed to restocked. What the heck?? Are you telling me you are still going to send the item over and ignore my refund request?? The item was ordered for my friend's birthday but i already bought something else and no longer require your item??
So since they neither refunded nor reverted my email, i am proceeding my complaints to KPDNHEP.
Please refer to photos and judge yourself. They have ignored my email since 21 Jan 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the Christy Ng x Starbucks bag for RM138 and the quality is extremely terrible. After using only twice, the strap holder broke, even though I never carried any heavy things inside. I was refused a refused and told to accept another defective bag as replacement. I’ve had free gift tote bags which have lasted years longer. I’m really shocked that such a poor quality bag would be sold at such an exorbitant price. I feel so cheated and treated like a fool. I will never EVER buy a Christie Ng bag again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and quality. Slow to respond and even if they reply, it's a copy paste template anwers. Once it took them one month to fulfill my customised with name apron bought for a friend during Xmas, only to reach on cny. Even then I had to chase them for an update and then only after 3 weeks, they come and tell me it's out of stock!!! So if I don't ask, they would not have even bothered to notify me! I had to ask my friend if she received my surprise gift, had to kantoi myself because of how inefficient they are! Not worth buying from them. Bad attitude.
Here's the quality of the bag I recently purchased as a gift to a friend, I would have never choose to buy from them but my friend likes it so....
Judge for yourself if the workmanship is of delicate nature done by skilled artisan with great attention to detail... Alignment lari, packing teruk, boleh pula they fold my bag, now got line, look and feel so cheapskate sbb mmg pun cheapskate but paying premium price, even famsy mall does a better job!
