★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past 12+ years whenever my kids are sick we trust Dr. Chuah for their treatment. He is very gentle and gives the best kids friendly medicine so we don't have to force kids to eat

But i hate the receptionist/helper/worker in the clinic itself.
Unfriendly/not being helpful at all. Also have no courtesy to speak politely! No smile, seems arrogant to me! I asked for help on forms, they pushed me to the accounts department, and account department pushed me back to the clinic and they asked me to go the account dpt again and to the ward dpmt! And none of them say they have the records. When i finally lose my temper, they finally gave me the records! So stupid, such a waste of time, never encounter such experience before with any private hospitals/clinic before. This will definitely makes me think twice to visit this clinic again not because of the doctor though.
