My friend admitted here and he is very satisfied with the service. The procedure from emergency room to admitted went well. The rate for admission per night is affordable. We use medical insurance for payment and have not encounter no problem, the explanation from the front office also very clear. Nurses and doctor very professional. Overall : Satisfied.

In short, the experience with the Women Specialist Clinic Kempas Medical Centre (WSCKMC) and doctor (Too Loy Lan and Lee Chui Ling) is very terrible. Please see the following details: 1. IRRESPONSIBLE action taken to the patient by the clinic and doctor. On 12 March 2022, my wife and I visited O&G in WSCKMC in the morning, Dr. Lee Chui Ling is our first doctor and we suppose she is our main contact doctor. Later, we have confirmed an appointment with her to check on the baby on 17 May 2022. On 17 May 2022, we went to WSCKMC and noted that Dr. Lee Chui Ling no longer working in WSCKMC. Neither the WSCKMC nor any doctors including Dr. Lee Chui Ling inform us on the resignation of Dr. Lee Chui Ling and change of our doctor. Note: Dr. Lee Chui Ling is currently working in Regency Specialist Hospital. Beware of irresponsible treatment. 2. UNPROFESSIONAL doctor --- baby is around 36weeks On 17 May 2022, my wife visited the new doctor namely DR. TOO LOY LAN. The doctor spoke very unprofessionally to my wife. The following spoke by Dr. Too Loy Lan: - your baby is going to die and can't survive if born early - no idea what to do, just wait and see - can't do anything, just wait and see The doctor then ask my wife to visit again on 29 May 2022. 3. UNPROFESSIONAL doctor (DR. TOO LOY LAN) --- baby is around 37weeks - On 29 May 2022, we reached at 9.09am, there were 3 group of patient in the queue. Therefore we registered with the nurse and wait for call. However, our turn is at 10.48am. In private hospital, this waiting time is terrible. Each patient took about 30mins and there is a girl after us went in to visit the doctor before our turn. - During our turn at 10.48am, doctor help to perform the ultrasound, doctor mentioned: >>> your baby is facing up, is very difficult to give birth >>> you can't do anything, just wait and see Then later, the doctor is checking the baby and I realised the doctor actually taking quite a number of same photo repeatedly. This is weird because taking many photos at the same position with no reason, the doctor doesn't explain anything to us. After ultrasound, this takes less than 5mins. Then doctor ask us to perform another test upstair and will explain the baby to us together with the other test. After the other test, we went back to the doctor. The doctor said the test is fine and come back in 2 weeks times (which will be 39weeks). Then we wait for the doctor to continue but the doctor just keep quiet. There are also 2 nurses standing besides us and talking very loudly. Then after awhile, we asked the doctor whether there is anything to be aware and take note before baby born, such as what to prepare and what to do, way to give birth, doctor to assist in giving birth etc. The doctor responded just come back in 2 weeks times and we see how. There is no explaining and no alternative or precautions given by the doctor. The whole consultation with this doctor took less than 10mins but we waited for 1 and a half hours and there is neither explanation nor guidance provided to us (being a first time parents). We are very disappointed with this doctor TOO LOY LAN and the clinic. Wasted our time and effort in waiting and spending. The fee is the same as other private clinic but the time taken, quality of service and experience of doctor is like visiting a public hospital. Visiting a public hospital is better than visiting here.

To anyone reading this with a fragment of doubt of conceiving a child, fret not, Dr. Kevin Lawson will undoubtedly make your "wish for a baby" come to fruition. Our 5 years of not having a baby ended once we met Dr. Kevin. Our journey was smooth and fast. Once you follow his step by step instructions, your baby dream will come a step closer to reality as those steps are taken. Please be ready as this journey must not have any u-turns if you want to stay true to your baby making journey. If you are looking for a solid team to conceive a baby, Dr. Kevin Lawson is the doctor to go to, he will provide parents with the right instructions and excellent advises. His support team to get us ready into labor room was also star-studded, Elizabeth, Sheila and Pearly reminded me of the Holy Trinity, to say he and his team are good is an understatement, they are the best in Johor. Priceless moment included me cutting the umbilical cord while being reminded to recite Bismillah by Dr. Kevin. Amazing journey, thank you Dr. Kevin Lawson. Alhamdulillah.

Terrible experience, appointment made 3 days before to perform scope check for stomach(upper endoscopy), at 9am today. They hold me until around 12.30pm to start the operation with reason of no ROOM! If there's no room for my action, please do not arrange the appointment at 9am, should make it 12pm instead. Has been asked to fasting since 8pm a day before! I was super hungry and thirsty, 8pm day before until 12pm today! It is 16 hours! Normally you will just hv to fast 4 to 8 hours for upper endoscopy!

Appointment made on 9am to perform stomach scope check and I reached on 8.30am and finish the covid 19 rtk test on 9am. The terrible and horrible part is, they hold me until 12.30pm to perform the scope check with reason of no room to perform such action! I has been fasting start from 8pm a day before. normally, you have to fast 4 to 8 hours before the action. They shouldn't made the appointment at 9am, should be 12pm. the arrangement have problem!

I recently had our baby delivered at this hospital. The nurses were kind, attentive, and helpful. Our pediatrician Dr. Adlena is very skilled, and knowledgeable about preterm babies. Our OB/GYN, Dr. Kevin Lawson, is a very kind and caring man. He explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel comfortable during the entire journey. He is extremely skilled in his craft and does everything the right way. He wants to help as many couples as possible. He handled the birth of my baby with utmost care, and he used all of the tools at his disposal, including specialists, and medical equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin and Kempas medical center if you are trying to conceive or if you are already pregnant.

Nurses are warm & caring. The specialist (Dr Chong neurosurgeon) is genuine & took his time to explain my condition in details. He did not recommend any extra or unnecessary treatments, and gave me assurance. The charges are reasonable. There are many parkings available. Highly recommend this hospital!

Very nice and professionally serviced hospital in Johor Bahru, brought my dad for urgent hypoglycaemic incident with chest pain. Upon arrival, the staffs took immediate action and the Doctor was efficient and made my dad to feel much comfortable and brave. Will definitely be my choice for my family follow ups.
