★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very unprofessional services. It really scared my wife and me when we saw the aunty hold my small child without proper care and really rude. The ladies who work there are are not sure with the proper cert or not, because they dont even allow me and my wife to go inside the room to monitor when taking blood and even told me this is their SOP. WTH the SOP cannot allow us to take care our own child because there is no certified nurse and doctor inside that time. At the end we choose to go another clinic.

1. A very good explanation from Doctor Haris, he is very good, very patient in answering all my question, explanation is clear and detail
2. The clinic is very clean, and equipped with all the facilities like nursing room, diaper room, toilet and coway water filter
Cons:
1. Waiting time is too long, (overall i spent 2 hours here) have to be very patient to wait your turn.
2. The price is quite pricey, but overall i'm satisfied with the doctor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctor. Takes her time to explain diagnosis. Clinic is also clean and support staff are also quite good. Polite and helpful.
But waiting time from time you walk-in and register to seeing the doctor is 2 to 3 hours on average. Pure waste of time.
