β β β β β Good place for worship. Friendly congregation and priests. Masses are held in different languages English, Indonesian, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog and Bahasa Malaysia at different times on Sundays.

β β β β β Its so quite n so peacefull to pray. Some of hopes come true through the prayer in this place. The first time I attend the mass here was in 2006, after then when I come to Penang I always pray in this Church

β β β β β I attended the mass last year. Mass was beautifully said by the parish priest. First time visited the church. But an unfortunate experience happened before mass. We are from Johor but my husband was previously from Penang. At the parking lot a young man shouted at us for parking the car not in proper alignment. Small problem but he made it sound like it was a big thing. He should have been more polite as it is a house of God. No one is greater than that. Very bad experience & most probably won't be going to that church anymore. Parish priest was very nice though.

β β β β β Catholic church. One of the oldest in Penang and Malaysia. Fully air conditioned. You need to check with the Parish office for Mass time due to the pandemic.

β β β β β Been going to this church since young but since the management has changed, it is no longer appealing to me but my mother still goes to it. I'm sharing this because there's this thin, Chinese boy by the name of Aaron (if im not mistaken) in the church that stays infront of the church and runs it, hurt my mother's feelings so bad that she cried. For someone who runs the church and being so pious, I would say it's not a good Catholic thing to do. He was rude and completely oblivious on how to behave with people. He yelled at my mother for nothing. If it was me in my mother's shoes, I would have scolded him but I was at work and I couldn't make it there. My mother being a soft-hearted person was deeply affected by his attitude. Think before you use your words and learn how to be a better person if you're being a front liner in the house of God. I would have given 0 stars, but two lovely people in the church got me to give one star. One young Chinese lady with a baby , who haven't met my mother before stood up for my mother when a lady tried to argue on my mother's seat. And another kind lady who's truly an angel God sent by the name of Ms. Melvina consoled my mother to continue attending the Mass as she witnessed the whole scene created by that rude Chinese boy. We are equals here so treat everyone fairly. If it's first come, first serve; then do it accordingly. It's the worst experience we had faced there. I hope this reaches out to the people responsible for it and may you change.

β β β β β A place of solace for meditation and reflection run by kindly priest Fr.Aloysius.
However, watch out for busybody Aaron the lead choir MC who gave me a rude awakening by hitting my arm during prayers to tell me to adjust my face mask. It was none of his business while I was seated a pew away in front of him. Scarey manners that will lead to many more sorrows!!
