★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called many many times, unanswered. Lastly, got no choice but to come to the office in the busy city during office hours.
These are the downsides.
The good side?
- There's online renewal and registration, as well as payment gateway system.
- the counter is efficiently fast
- many seats are prepared for customers
- plug points and Internet for customers with laptops to learn to register in the cidb office
- friendly & helpful (not all though) counter lady
- clean and comfortable environment
Overall, it's a 5 stars for me.
