★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking is rrally cramped, and it's small so very likely full. If you have to come here I'd heavily suggest using public transportation or Uber. Otherwise if you do have to drive consider parking in other buildings close by.
There's plenty of seats in the waiting area so you don't have to worry about having to stand while waiting in line.

Since during CMCO, only limited no of customers are allowed to wait inside counter area. Have to Q outside.
Time of Q depends on the crowd and just hope all systems are not turn offline.
Customer services are good and reasonable.
I managed to renew my car insurance in almost 3 hours.
Parking fee RM15. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to renew insurance at 12:30, Finally called inside at 3:05pm while everyone had to wait outside in the sun. There were not enough seats provided, so some people had to sit on the floor. Thanks ALOT Liberty. You are the reason why some people think Malaysia is still in a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY!

Just mentioned the wrong floor without checking again and he dared to say “ 12th floor ?? You sure? Got ghost oh”
Then went back to my car to get purse to give him proof of IC for taking visitor pass. Yet he still needed to continue harassing me “ why give me IC? Why not driving license? “
I don’t know what’s the matter with him so I just go “ why u complaint so much? What’s the problem with my Ic???” I’m in rush and no time to continue talk craps with him. Then only he end this super useless convo with “ NO I JUST SAID I PREFER DRIVING LICENSE “
Yo please respect lady, old man. Don’t harass lady and thought nobody will call you out.
