★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really terrible customer service. Felt like I was being judged and looked down apon by the lady. Did not want to talk or handle a customer, and when asked questions over the phone before coming to the store, the same woman would put down the phone. Not to mention while you speak to her she isn't interested and continues to look at her phone screen. When asked for her name, she would refer you to anyone else other then herself. Cigars are top quality, and the Malay lady was nice and helpful. But this outlet lacks the respect of costumer service.
