★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During CMCO this shop doesn’t allow customers to try the clothes and also exchanging is not allowed. That’s ridiculous. I asked 2 employees because I thought this was a mistake. Unfortunately they confirmed that their SOP doesn’t allow people to try, exchange or return clothes.
I went to Pony, just a few meters away, and the offers were great, and most importantly, kids could try the clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here as i usually go to Pavilion outlet. And i had the most disappointing experience. At first, when were asking the staffs on the products, they gave us the most unpleasant respond as if we ask them to carry our stuffs or something.
And when i go to Pavilion, i usually ask them for their wrapping service coz i like how they know to do it beautifully. But not here in KLCC, not only the lady who was doing the wrapping looked like she was forced to do it, but the gift turned out so disappointing. The sellotape wasn't properly sticked, it looked like i asked my 11 year old cousin to wrap it! And bcs of that, we decided to take off the wrapping and redo it ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is bigger compare to other outlet but staff not friendly, don't have knowledge on the product they selling. So sad. I usually go to mothercare for shopping my baby stuff. Please improve your customer service.. I do like how mothercare in IOI city mall serve their customer with all the recommendations.
