★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 2 counter open in the afternoon and allow 1 person to enter and don't allow people to enter even though the bank is empty. Also the security guard is very rude and unfriendly. They asked senior citizens to wait outside the hot weather not allowing them to enter although its empty.

At the end what we get is "sorry aunty, ini kena tunggu PIC tu..."
Thanks for the efficient service and my parent finally decided to transfer the money to other bank.
