★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are friendly, however front desk staff takes a long time to manage queue as she has to run around to manage multiple enquires. Will be better if anything that requires checking is escalated to the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unable to contact by phone. Apparently there is no direct phone nbr to CIMB branches in Selangor, they can be reached ONLY via an extension number transfer from the contact centre. So here lies the customer problems - one which I believe is structural rather than organic. the Contact Centre is poorly staffed and it takes a whole lot of button pressing and waiting before someone gets on the line. And if you are a Preferred/Premier Customer, you get the joy of holding yet again while they transfer you to an available Preferred officer. Once on the line, the Heartware is nice - its the hardware that gets you tripping over the wires. If only CIMB senior executives take the time to walk in the customers' shoes and try braving the contact centre journey they will know what empathy means.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! super rude ! it was only 11am and the rude staff by the name of suhaila if im not mistaken, was incharge at the front entrance was so irritated, kept rolling her eyes all the way and sighing. no bloody courtesy to atleast assist elderly especially the ones que-ing under the hot sun. it does not matter if the elderly cant open account, but atleast provide solid reason. the least is be polite ! she was so bossy till her boss came and she turned into a rat lowered her pitch acting as if customer was the issue. we then went to another branch where it was in the middle of a fishy market with no ac, elderly staffs, only 2 counter and only a security assisted at entrance, yet we had the best service. please improve your poor service especially manners towards elderly during this difficult times !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can give zero star for this branch. I visited this branch last month and their counter service is one of the worst I've ever encountered so far. They just rudely turn you down, even I know certain things can't be done. At least, you explained in a polite manner rather than sarcastically turn down the request. Just wondering what is their Branch Manager is doing with all the bad comments written by customers.
