★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs very friendly and helpful to do explanations but too slow efficiency!!!!Took me more than an hours for FD withdraws and verifications!!! Exclude time for number queues somemore ??
Impossible happens if I go for other banks.
No joke, must allocate few hours free times to preform any transaction at any Hong Leong Branch.
If you have other options bank to consider, please don’t choose Hong Leong bank !
