F	F_Hani Zulkifli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not OKU-friendly bank. My father is on wheelchair and he did not favour online banking. We went there to withdraw some money due to urgent matters but the counter was on upstairs and had no other way to go up unless using the stairs. The manager recommended us not to withdraw any and go to other branch which is dissapointing and quite far for us to go. I wish that this branch would think of something to make it easy for OKU people in the near future.

Then I put down the call and call again 3 time. No reply until the call cut off by itself. Why this type of service given to their customers.......?????Did their top management knows about this?????

The reason they couldn't handle too many peoples. Can staff be more considering. People won't come to bank unless it's important for them. Hope bank management will take this matter serious??

Hence many people couldn't get their work done at one time. Management need to improve a lot. Yang kerja bawah aircond tu mai tunggu 2 jam kat luar baru tau perasaan customer.
