★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, especially in counter route. When the days is busy (Mon - Fri), the waiting season is crude of people. The waiting chairs during Covid-19 is limited.
BSN should have the "Old Citizen" counter.
The "Old Citizen" should be "first person" who been serve and given the counter number.
