After a month or so, still nothing. I call them to ask and she just said no record found, give a me another phone number to call. You minta balik lah. Call saja no ni. And then cut the line.What a service. Sbb saya cakap bahasa melayu jadi layan sambil lewa yer. Bagus sangat layanan bank ni. Nk buat report dekat branch utama lah mcm ni.

If you too fanatic or don't like to deal with other race customers better don't work. Yes, I do respect some staffs over there too but not everyone. I came here for the very first time and so disappointed with that lady. Dear admin, please teach your colleagues about some manners. Don't judge others by their outlook in fact I'm in higher pose than you. Thank you.
