An officer by the name of Naz has professionally attended to my errands before waiting for my number to be called but unfortunately, system is down right before my turn. Came back the day after and Naz had again guided me to the processes until its completion. Thanks Naz and the team! You all has done a tremendous job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lousy service. Waited for 6 hours to receive a 5 minutes service. I've never meant to give reviews but since this is my second time, I couldn't tolerate any longer. Please improve your services! Many counters with no officers when it's not even lunch time. Was told to wait since the "officer" was supposed to be back soon, turn out that officer redirected me to the manager! And it took 5 mins to solve the problem. What's the point of me waiting? Lol such a shame. Would want to rate with no stars but seems no choice. I hate you, really.
