β β β β β Not a good impression to customer who are coming into the store. From the first moment I entered. I saw a staff was on the phone and others staff who open the door. When i go in, the person who served me can just said I dont know. hahahahah what joke is this?

β β β β β It is conveniently located at the mall (ie between Gardeds and Mid Valley at lower ground). They are open every day including public holidays. The have ATM, cash deposit machines and counter. The staff are very courteous and helpful.
But at times service is very very very slow and can you imagine, 3 x CIMB staff serving one customer and the queue is not moving. CIMB come on ... where is your sense of priority, customer satisfaction or urgency, please review your process !!!

β β β β β They asked you to get a priority number and when its ur turn they take the priority number & ask you to wait for 30 minutes or more! whatβs the whole point of priority number if they donβt serve you anyway?!
