★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy staffs. Travelled to midvalley just for cimb but disappointed us. They do not accept clients after 5pm. And there's nobody on the front desks. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This CIMB branch is amazing! Efficient and friendly. You can see the staff talking among themselves in a fun and respective way. The atmosphere is also very conducive and I've only been in here for 5 minutes.
Immediately upon gotten a number from the machine, the staff seated nearby immediately stood up and addressed our concerns. Then we were asked to have certain forms filled as this will expedite our time here. And it did. Immediately after we filled up our forms, our numbers were called and everything was done smoothly and efficiently. I would like to compliment all the staff here today that made our journey just that much more pleasant. It is difficult to find staff with such dedication nowadays and worked with a smile on their faces!
Kudos team!
