★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, helpful. although location is difficult to locate. It is located at first floor, midvalley-thegarden bridge, at left hand side a small corner. Most people will confuse this branch with the Hong Leong bank branch at ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why so many bad reviews by other customers, but my experience was pretty good. Came here on Saturday early afternoon during CMCO (movement restriction period to reduce covid transmission), process was fairly quick and the lady at the counter was friendly.
My only complaint is the two person on duty sitting next to each other (I think even colleagues should practice social distancing). Other than that it was overall a very pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 2nd time I visit the Hong Leong Bank Mid Valley Branch, I facing a problem on ATM machine to transfer money and luckily the one Malay lady staff come to guide me to complete the transaction . That is another wonderful experience I was served in this Branch. Great service ?
