Even though we selected a service queue wrongly and instead of asking us to get the correct queue number, she proceeded to transact our requests promptly and efficiently. She did the necessary documentation before passing the final transaction to her colleague. We really appreciated her kind gesture. Thank you very much and wish you all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1St time went to Wang ah fook Hong leong bank wanted to open a account at Hong leong bank. I was shocked. Because all customer staff is so nice and friendly .I went another bank before because I have saving account at another bank example like public etc... Of course they are not rude but compare with here the staff is really nice and friendly !I like it! Haha !thanks for helping ^_^appreciate it
