Poor customer service. Whole bank is empty but I'm still waiting for my number to be called. Can see that the staff here are busy chit chatting with each other. Please do not open an account here.

The lady at the info counter was incredibly rude and didn’t listen to what I was saying. Other than that, staff at counters were very friendly and efficient.

Staff are very rude. Not cooperating at all. They do give clear information for the investment to my parents. Will definitely not investment in cimb anymore. Taiping branch is the worst

The guard was strict but he always smile and ask people to que and wait in line. good service and good job. when i was there it was peacefully. he do his work like a pro. need anything? just ask him. because he know what he is doing. always ask what people want. Good job well done. thank for you service. follow S.O.P. and strict is good when people doesn't want to hear what you say or the government say in the news. Very poor service ,especially the security guard who was on duty at 4.15pm called and waited ,until 4.30pm to tell me to come tomorrow and waste my time difference ,bad attitude

The service is sucks and waiting time too long! All the staff processing time taken too long and racist, only serve for Malay and India customer, because the guard is India, and Malay customer always cutting the queue, I can’t feel any professional way treat by them! I perhaps CIMB HQ can look into all these issue and improve the service to all the customer, treat equally and fairness. I’m disappointed what I’ve experienced today!

Terrible services! Especially the India security guards who only allowed others to cut queue and purposely skipped me! Please treat your every customer fairly and be professional! Please improve your service and take serious of this matter, this is not the first complaint on the attitude of the security guard! I will never go to this branches again!

I arrived at 4.15 in order to open a saving account. The security guard told me to wait outside ,until 4.30pm he told me to come to tomorrow. The service is very poor. It has already been said that the account is opened for study.The service is very poor
