good service and good job. when i was there it was peacefully. he do his work like a pro. need anything? just ask him. because he know what he is doing. always ask what people want.

All the staff processing time taken too long and racist, only serve for Malay and India customer, because the guard is India, and Malay customer always cutting the queue, I canβt feel any professional way treat by them! I perhaps CIMB HQ can look into all these issue and improve the service to all the customer, treat equally and fairness. Iβm disappointed what Iβve experienced today!

Please treat your every customer fairly and be professional! Please improve your service and take serious of this matter, this is not the first complaint on the attitude of the security guard! I will never go to this branches again!
