★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder whether the reviews will be read or seen by the Manager of this Taman Mutiara branch or the HQ. Let just sum up the condition of this branch - BAD!!!!!
Called many times during working hours for Hire Purchase Dept but NO ONE ever answers the calls! Are the phones in this bank for decoration? Or, the staff just ignore all incoming calls?
This is so unprofessional and very poor working attitude for a bank! And, this is one of the leading banks in the country, OMG!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, this branch is very under resource. Due to RMCO, only limited number of customers can be in the branch. Unfortunately, only 2 counters were open for service. My GOD. The one star if for the staff for being helpful and well mannered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time, we reach on Friday 2pm to open current account. The staff said business developer department out for lunch and will come back at 3:30pm. They will close at 4pm. Staff there gave us an online application and asked us apply it and come back at 3:30pm. We tried to apply but it ask us save suddenly and stated unsuccessful at the end. We came back Cimb bank then the staff said we come at a late time. They request us come another day.
Second time, We reach on next Monday 12pm. The staff said we lack some document. We get the document and send it to the staff's email and get back at 1:30 pm. Staff there ask us waited another 20 minutes. But at the end, we waited 2 hours then only our turn.
Then the staff started promote insurance plan to me. What? I waited 2 hours just wait a insurance package? The staff even said if we do not have any insurance plan then may be can't open current account. The staff name is Tadzmahal Binti Suhaiman. Forcing us buy insurance if not can't open current account. What a bank called Cimb. Waste my time and not efficient.
Will not come in again. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to covid, understand that need to wait outside to limit customer inside building but need to wait another 5 person to finish their business in there is just... too slow? Hopefully there will have more counter to handle customer, 2 stars are for friendly staff that help to arrange the customer waiting outside.
