 I have never tried instant transfer to send money to a local bank before arriving in four days. It takes three complaints to complete.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a good branch. I received great customer service and didn't have to wait too long for an employee to assist me. I had a complex situation in opening an account with them and they managed to complete my request without any hiccups. Their ATMs are available 24/7 with a security guard. There are no coin deposit machines, though. Overall, great branch and bank.

โ โ โ โ โ At many occasions I was there, the service is slow and poor. The place is big but the bank staff not really priotise on customer service, very unprofessional, not my choice of bank, better place deposit in local bank rather than foreign bank. Very useless service at all times. Not recommened at all. Keep customers waiting. Just for simple transaction.
