β β β β β Rude Behaviour and my worst banking experience in Malaysia. I initiated a transaction overseas but it keeps getting rejected without giving any valid reasons but simply blocked the transaction. After the third Attempt they suspended my account for security reasons (Wonder what kind of security on my account from myself). And for everything they ask you to walk to the Branch. No use in phone banking or internet banking! More over the support personnel sounds very rude and I would say xenophobic. I just hope I would never have to deal with them again ever!

β β β β β Cimb bank here close at 3pm for MCO time, mind me just sharing for everyone alert. During evening not so long the queue but its uncertain (follow the day/event on that day)

β β β β β Only giving 1 star because Google won't let me give them a zero. This is by far the worst bank branch I have ever been to in Malaysia. The male receptionist is exceptionally rude, discriminatory and condescending. Really need to think about the person they're placing in front, attending to customers who's just arrived. Anyone who's been there would've known immediately who this is. The customer service provided by the receptionist and bank teller is abysmal. Didn't even smile or even tried to be polite when attending the customers- even managed to condescend people. Honestly, you're better off going to another CIMB branch elsewhere.

β β β β β Tooooooooooo long. I come at 10 am, queue already long, and got my turn at 11.45am. If i know this gonna happen, ill come at 8am. Slow service make the queue long. And the queue line is very crowded since it is inside a building. If you worry about covid, you have to think twice before coming here

β β β β β Better come early in morning. Otherwise you have to queue long and it's hard to do physical distancing since have to queue along nearby shoplot. Waiting time also very long. I came on Monday afternoon and queued for 45 minutes to get inside. Office operating hour until 1.30pm only so people have no choice
