I stayed at this hotel and my experience has been horrifying. When I booked the hotel, no one informed me that there is no breakfast along with the booking. If this was the case, the hotel staff should inform at the time of check in as I was booking on the spot. But they conveniently decided to omit this information. When on the next day in the morning, I checked about the breakfast the staff was rude and obnoxiously adamant to not admit their mistake of not informing me about breakfast. When I asked the staff at the reception, he got so violent that I was horrified by his behavior and feared for my safety. I asked to speak to the manager of the hotel. To my dismay he didn't help me either and keeping in mind my security and of my client's, we decided to check out immediately.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
NOT SAFE. VIOLENT STAFF AND HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT.

(-) Booked from Traveloka and my room was not ready when checked in, wait around 30' till room ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I stayed here there was breakfast. Now no more even cafe is still there but not operating. Dim light n it hurt my eyes. Hard to locate anything in the dark. Door knob need to be repaired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can -100 stars to say the least. I was awaken by the door banging and my room was broken in by their cleaner staff. DO BETTER COME ON! Not even a knock, what if someone was changing. NOT SAFEE!!! I JUST STAYED FOR 2 HOURS AND THIS HAPPENED. Demanded for a refund but manager refused after an awful stay. The manager was not even around for God's sake. If you are travelling alone or woman travellers STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! ??

The hotel's green themed rooms are small, but have the basic amenities for any traveler. A short distance away is the Masjid Jamek LRT Station, which will connect you to all points of touristic interest. Right outside Citin is a flea market where you can get yourself a souvenir or sample one of the food stalls. We had a great stay, and we would gladly come again.
