★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked online Direct to Hotel site with Breakfast., When we reached they said "Breakfast Not included". Then They checked and called over phone said, " Breakfast is Included". Apart from that , Its Nice stay with Lots of South Indian Foods/curries., Very Tasty as well., It is Nice Country as well.,
We really Enjoyed out stay and Visit.
Well Done Malaysia!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a returning guest to this hotel. This hotel is always the first comes to mind when my family and I stay in KL. The strategic location is one of the main reason of my choice as it in Jalan Masjid India - nearby shops and SOGO. is . Also, the staff was helpful. The food in the hotel also quite delicious and the price was very affordable. I also enjoyed the complimentary Internet in my room. One thing that made me unhappy was the current construction in front of the hotel. It was noisy and dusty. However, it's forgiven as this construction was necessary. Hope to come back to this hotel again, soon.

Service is not done properly. They don’t even clean the toilet and bathroom. If you ask them to clean they’ll say Its all done and they can’t come back and clean again. Only beds are made. We were given a room where the shower had no door and the whole bathroom would get flooded. There were ants, mosquitos and what not coming out of the drain in the shower. Had to change my room the next day. The beds aren’t comfy nor does the ac work properly. THe only good thing you’ll see at this hotel is the reception. I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past 4 years and my last stay was the worst ever. The service I got was pathetic. The house keeping supervisor didn’t understand English. It was very hard to communicate with him. He just wouldn’t understand what I’d say. Overall I had a really bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the middle of bustling market with lots of street shops and malls around. A departmental store at ground floor to shop your daily requirements. Rooms are big but not airy, A/C doesn’t work properly. Washroom is not clean and quite compact. Restaurant is good with nice breakfast and great view of KLs tall buildings. Most of the tourists here are Indians travelling in a group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here last week and would never recommend this place to my friends and family.Not a safe place to stay with family bcoz of less security and also no proper help from the management on time.We had really bad experience from strangers at night. The rooms are good but very old fashioned air conditioner without remote. We have to go near the front door everytime to adjust the temperature. The restaurant is much crowded and the food menu is really pathetic. Have to wait for long to get the curries and even bread refilled. We adjusted with bread butter n jam throughout for breakfast. The location is good and all the places are easily accessible.But have to walk some distance to get a taxi or bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very good, first good thing about the hotel is it's location every major landmark/market/mall is at a walkable distance.
Second the staff is well supporting and welcoming.
It's location could be a concern for some but I liked that part the most.
People at the reception were very helpful.

1. The rooms are very spacious.
2. Food served in Kababish are fresh and delicious.
3. Room service is awesome.
4. Located at a market central.
CONS:
1. Not all the lights work properly.
2. Some of charging points were non functional.
3. Water used to refill bottles is chlorinated.
