β β β β β Staff experience in watches is exceptionally excellent particularly at One Utama and Subang Parade outlets. Environment is OK but can be upgraded to marque level. Prices is reasonable. However, the Internet information especially on the telephone numbers are not up to date. Website is linked to HK and in a single language, Mandarin. English should be added to facilitate those who are not conversant in Mandarin. Overall a good place to source for watches.

β β β β β SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Especially the 2 malays (a lady and a guy) and a Chinese guy in white suit. The Chinese lady is ok, but overall, nobody even comes up to you when you want to look or ask for something. I wanted to give ZERO star if I can. Even when I walked up to them at their cashier (no other customers in the store at all at that time but they just squeeze at their cashier without even wanting to make eye contact with you), they donβt even want to ask what am I looking for or what. ITS THE WORST. Please go other stores and NOT THIS STORE.

β β β β β Poor customer service quality and not professional salesman. I bought a watch from this store (2k worth of watch). However, the salesman should've at least wear a GLOVE and careful with my watch. Seriously, i feel like buying from pasar malam. 2K watch become 2 ringgit watch real quick. Regret.. regret.. regret .
Lesson learn:
If you plan to buy 1K watch above, dont go to this store. Straight up to the brand store, maybe rm10 watch also they treat like luxury.
