★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say and please note that I'm not a racist person, but the customer service is too poor. The Bangladeshi worker acts like he can't speak Bahasa or even English. I tried to claim my birthday free drink but he repeatedly told me it is not available even though I already show that the drink reward is still available and its status was still active and lastly when they managed to proceed with my order, they didn't even say sorry for their own mistake. truly destroy my mood today. this branch manager should think twice before being hired or put this kind of person in the customer service section??
